Collections
We collect it. You get the record.
Equipment, furniture, racking, appliances, plant and offcuts. If it's mostly metal, we collect it, do the lifting and recycle it. One service fee covers the job, and you approve it before we come.
What it costs
One fee, quoted before we come
Tell us what you have, where it is and when suits. Nothing is booked until you approve the quote.
For the whole job: crew, truck, lifting, dismantling, and specialist handling of IT and medical equipment. Quoted before we come.
A weighbridge docket and a collection statement for every load: weight, what it became and the CO₂-e avoided.
What sets the service fee
- What it is. Plain metal costs least to handle. Laptops, servers, screens and other e-waste go through licensed processing, priced per item or per pallet.
- Medical and lab equipment. Cleared items that need careful handling and separating before the metal can be recycled.
- Work on site. Unbolting benches and racking, dismantling beds, frames and machinery.
- Access and timing. Loading dock or upper floors, stairs and long carries, after-hours work and long inductions.
- How much. Bigger loads cost less per tonne.
Mostly metal, please
The service is for equipment that is mostly steel, stainless, copper, aluminium or brass, working or not: bed and trolley frames, filing cabinets, lockers, shelving, racking, stainless benches, IT, cable and scrap.
How it works
From the ward or the lab to the record
Book
Two minutes online. What it is, roughly how much, where it is on site and when suits. Photos help.
Quote
We confirm what we can take and quote the service fee. Big or complex jobs get a site visit first. Nothing is booked until you approve.
Collect
Our crew does the lifting and loading and follows your site rules and inductions. Drives must be out or wiped before we arrive.
Weigh & recycle
Every load crosses our weighbridge. Metal is processed back into production; e-waste goes to licensed recyclers.
Report
A statement for each collection: what was collected, the weight, what it became and the carbon avoided, ready for your sustainability report.
What you get back
Paperwork you can hand to anyone
- Weighbridge docket for every load.
- Collection statement: items, weights, what each became, and the CO₂-e avoided.
- Data declaration: your signed record that drives were removed or wiped before collection.
- Period statements across all your sites, in your own Recycled Connect portal.

Quick answers
Before you book
What do we pay for?
One service fee for the job: crew, truck, lifting, dismantling, handling IT and medical equipment, and the paperwork. It is quoted before we come, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
Where do you collect?
Our crews collect across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Brisbane and the rest of Australia by arrangement. Tell us where.
What about hard drives and patient or student data?
We do not take data-bearing drives. Your team removes or wipes drives and SSDs before collection, and you sign a short data declaration when you book. Our crews will not load loose drives.
Can you take an X-ray machine or other medical equipment?
Yes, as a quoted item, once your team has decommissioned and cleared it: decontaminated, and for X-ray units, made inoperable, oil and lead assessed, and disposal notified to the Department of Health as your licence requires. Your licence holder signs our clearance form. The conditions.
What can't you take?
Asbestos, radioactive material, clinical and biological waste, sharps, chemicals, and hired or full gas cylinders. Fridges, freezers and air-conditioners must be degassed first. The full list.
Got a room full of old equipment?
Book a collection. We will confirm what we can take and quote the service fee before we come.
